The Aussie Smoker

A brief history of the Pitmaster Adam.

Born and bred in Perth, Australia, Adam has been living in Falmouth, Cornwall with his beautiful wife Sophie. Adam worked an average of 70 hours a week for the past 5 years in Australia and it became apparent that it was time to embrace the Cornish way of life. Making the move in 2016, Adam and Sophie were determined to create a better work life balance. So what better way to do so than by channeling his inner chilled Aussie vibes and cooking bbqs and lending his hand at catering in Cornwall.

Adam’s love for the bbq came from watching Papa Pitmaster Peter (his Dad). In short after a hard days work, Peter would relax by the bbq, cook dinner for the family and all the stress seemed to fade away. Similarly Adam embraced this mentality and honed his barbecuing skills to become The Aussie Smoker. All things considered it was only natural that he would end up doing what he loves, putting food in bellies and smiles on faces. Catering in Cornwall has never been the same since.
